Operations

Manufactured products are made using formulation batch sheets, which includes the bill of material for each product.

The materials are then loaded into the assigned mixing tank and left to mix for the desired mixing time. The finished products are then decanted into the ordered pack sizes, palletized, and shrink wrapped.

In the case of bulk that is to be repacked, a similar process is carried out depending on the nature of the bulk product, if the product requires mixing, it is loaded into a mixing tank and mixed for the desired time and then it is repacked into the ordered pack sizes following strict documented guidelines.

We currently provide tolling services to a multinational agrochemical company, a national healthcare giant, a multinational car manufacturer and a national chain of farmers supply.

Our management team consists of a plant manager, production manager, logistics coordinator, inventory controller, formulation operator, packing operator and several general assistants. 

We currently have 11 staff members employed at Myka Chemicals. We employ further staff on a casual basis as needed. We have no history of strike or protest action.
